Group Description: This is an adventure-based psychotherapy group that uses a model incorporating outdoor pursuits into therapeutic process. Participants will be engaged in hiking, biking, and kayaking while while discussing mental health topics and processing group dynamics.
Group Meets: Weekly on Fridays from 3:30 p.m.-5:00 p.m. beginning in October 2024
