Target Clients: Parents and caregivers of adolescents struggling with emotional regulation and related challenges
Group Description: Join our parent group and build the skills to support your teen and yourself with confidence and compassion. Parenting an adolescent is challenging, especially when emotional highs and lows take center stage. If your teen is struggling with emotional regulation, we're here to support you. Our support group for parents of teens who are struggling is here to help you navigate these challenges and build a stronger connection with your teen through:
✔ Engaging, interactive sessions led by experienced DBT-A (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy for Adolescents) trained therapists.
✔ A supportive community of parents navigating similar challenges.
✔ Practical strategies that empower both you and your teen.
